1. Acceptance

These terms govern your access to and use of www.kodainya.com(the "Site"), operated by Kodainya from India. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

Kodainya is a defence software company. The Site exists to describe what we build, publish editorial analysis on drone regulation, defence AI, counter-drone systems, and adjacent topics, and provide a way for organisations to contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to supply, license, or export any product or service. Any engagement with Kodainya is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Editorial content

Articles, glossary entries, and other editorial material on the Site reflect the views of the authors at the time of publication. They are provided for general information only and are not legal, regulatory, operational, financial, or investment advice. Defence and drone regulation in India and elsewhere changes frequently; verify current law with qualified counsel and the relevant authority before acting on anything you read here.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, marks, images, and the underlying design — is owned by Kodainya or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may read the Site, share links to it, and quote short passages with clear attribution to Kodainya and a link back to the source. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any substantial portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the admin interface, any account, or any underlying systems; introduce malware or similar; scrape the Site at a rate that degrades availability; or impersonate Kodainya, our authors, or any other person.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to external websites, including regulatory portals, partner platforms, and reference sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk.

12. Governing law
